Ukraine's Railway executive kidnapped - National Police
Ukraine's Railway Electricity supply Department Head Valeriy Lyudmyrskyi was kidnapped, Ukraine's National Police press service reported.
According to the police, he was kidnapped at about 21.00 p.m. on July 18 when he was walking his dog in the street in Kyiv.

The dog was shot - police found 5 shells on the crime scene.
"They shot the dog, neutralized Lyudmyrskyi with the Taser, and drove away with him", his wife said.
