ASF outbreak localized in Sumy region
An outbreak of African swine fever (ASF) was recorded on June 15 at the Bondarenko V.M. farm in Shostka (Sumy region).
The press service of the State Service for Food Safety and Consumers' Rights Protection of Ukraine reported on Monday that three pigs died.
Measures are being taken to localize the disease on the site of the outbreak and prevent the spread of ASF pathogens.
Since early 2016, 14 ASF cases have been recorded in Ukraine.
