Lipetsk Roshen’s factory has been accused of ecolegislation’s violation by a Prosecutor's Office
The prosecutor's office of the Lipetsk (Russian Federation), has accused the confectionery factory Roshen of violating environmental legislation.
According to the report of the Oktyabrsky district Prosecutor's office of Lipetsk, the waste products after the reconstruction of one of the workshops’ frame were abandoned directly on the production site.
"The abovementioned violations have become the basis for making a representation to the Director of the joint stock company”, - the District Prosecutor’s Office reported.
The prosecutor has also initiated proceedings on an administrative offense against the Chief of the Economic Department of the factory, with regard to the breach of the environmental requirements during the building process.

It should be recalled, that the President Petro Poroshenko has been repeatedly criticized for the fact that the Lipetsk confectionary factory has not been sold.
