Japan allocated $ 13.6m for restoring of infrastructure in war-torn DonbasAccording to Hennadiy Zubko, Ukraines Vice Prime Minister, Minister for Regional Development, Housing and Utilities, Japan allocated 13.6 million US dollars for international organizations in Ukraine that will work to restore infrastructure in war-torn Donbas.
