Family connected to Putin is among the richest family clans in Russia
The Shamalov is a family of russian busnessmen that media has linked to the president Putin and was ranked among the richest family clans in Russia, Forbes.
The family is reported to be ranked for the first time and has immediately been placed on the fourth place of the authotitative periodical.
Total wealth of Nikolay Shamalov and his son Kiril has been estimated of $2,4bln.
Forbes named Nikolay Shamalov as a "Putin's friend" and a member of "Ozero" cooperative. Yet, Kiril was previosly reported to be a husband of Kateryna, a daughter of Russian president.
Forbes also reports the main state of Shamalova Sr is represented by a package of shares amounted by 10.2 % in "Russia" bank, and his son's is by shares in the " Sibur".
Kiril Shamalov appeared previuosly in the rating of the richest Russians, drawn up in April.
He was placed 64th place and he was the youngest on the list (34).
