In July 2016, Ukraine's consolidated balance of payments surplus has reduced to $110 million in contrast to the same period of 2015, the National Bank of Ukraine reports.
“The surplus of Ukraine's consolidated balance of payments came to $110 million (it was $438 million in July 2015),” the report states.

According to the NBU, the current account deficit was $354 million in July 2016 (the current account surplus was $37 million in July 2015).

In general, the deficit came to $538 million, or 1.1% of GDP, in January-July 2016 (the deficit was $77 million, or 0.2% of GDP, during the same period of 2015).
