Ukrainian PM and EU commissioner to present EU financed program in Vinnytsia
The program presented will be funded by the European Union, 112.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladymyr Groisman is set to pay a working visit to Vinnitsa today, where he together with EU Commissioner will present a program designed to improve the management system.
"They represent a very important program for Ukraine. Europeans allocate for the program €102million, and it will be directed to a transparent management system at all levels, from the national to local and it will help with decentralization reforms of administrative services . The presentation is scheduled for 11:00am. It will take place in the regional philharmony in Vinnytsia," according to the correspondent.
