Donbas militants hold in Luhansk vehicles and banned weapons - OSCE observers
The mission of OSCE observers in eastern Ukraine says that Russian proxies and regular Russian troops based in Luhansk hold there many vehicles and weapons banned by Minsk agreements.
According to their report, that includes seven “Grad” multiple missile launchers, seven 122-mm self-propelled howitzers and ten limbered-on howitzers.

Another seven T-72 tanks were spotted, the mission’s members reported.
