"Also, our officers are trained at Canadian military colleges, which is very important because they learn to think together with Canadians, with their NATO partners in the same way. We hope we will work with Canadian military men in the Black Sea because a very ambitious program for the Black Sea was planned at the NATO summit," he added.
Asked whether Canadian political circles discuss the issue of providing Ukraine with lethal weapons, Shevchenko said: "I have no news on the issue."
