Putin: we will not wrap our relations with Ukraine
The Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin intends to create possibilities to develop contacts with the ukrainian authorities, Korrespondent.
Putin named the "sabotage" in Crimea as a reluctance of Ukraine to fulfill the Minsk treaty, he also pointed out he will not break the diplomatic relations with Ukraine, according to the Kremlin press-office.
At the Security Council meeting in Crimea Putin said: "We have met for a clear reason, after a known incident that was the prevention of the attempt to intrude the territory by diversive units of the ukrainian army. It seems our partners in Kyiv decided to escalate the situation, and it is obvious why they decided to do so."
"We are not planning to wrap our relations, despite the unwillingness of the current Kyiv authorities to have a full-fledged diplomatic relations on the level of ambassadors, we however will create possibilities to develop contacts and boost them," he added.
