Security-defence sector of Ukraine is to be standartized to NATO by 2020, Klimkin
Ukraine intends to bring its security-defence sector to the NATO standards by 2020, Ukrinfrom.
The Minister of the Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin claimed the security issue of Ukraine is incumbant on Ukraine solely yet it is supported by the North Atlantic Alliance.
The Minister said: "Our ambitious tasks by 2020 is to bring the security-defence sector to the NATO standards in four years."
He pointed out Ukraine is the only responsible to ensure its security condidtion and the North Atlantic Alliance helps it with it.
"Thus, we have to combine the efforts, so our army will correspond to the NATO standards," Klimkin added.
