Turkey gets visa free regime with EU in October once requirements carried out
Turkey will get visa-free travel from October 2016 if all conditions met, including anti-terror law.
European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker speaking at the European Alpbach forum said: "The question of visa-free travel, which is directly connected to the agreement on handling refugees, can be implemented on October 1 only if all the conditions are met."
Speaking on the anti-terror laws Juncker said they can not be applied to prison the intelligentsia, scientists and journalists.
Earlier Ankara threatened it would denounce the migration agreement if Brussels did not grant visa-free travel for Turks to the Shengen zone.
