The President of Ukraine has announced he is going to the frontline today to congratulate the ukrainian military with the state Flag day and Ukraine's Independence day, UNN.
The Ukraine's leader speaking at the flag uplifting ceremony said: "Right now, just from here, from St. Sophia Cathedral, I am heading to the frontline.
"[I am] going to congratulate with Flag day and jubilee, that is the 25th anniversary of our Independence, those who are the main guarantor of our freedom, freedom, democracy and state independency," he added.
Poroshenko continued: "Today we will pass one more large consignment of military weaponry and arms. And the ukrainian army has been born in the tough and grueling battles."
The president also pointed out that returning of the ukrainian flag to the territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Sevastopol, Simferopol is a difficult task.
