No tangible progress in Minsk agreements implementation - Steinmeier
The Head of German Foreign Ministry, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, stressed there was no tangible progress in the implementation of Minsk agreements. According to him, the West urges Russia and Ukraine to implement the document, specifically the one concerning the local elections in the war-torn Donbas.
The German diplomat said this in an interview with Reuters after meeting his French and polish counterparts in Weimar.
‘We’re working to ease these tensions’, he said.
