The head of the National Police of Ukraine opposed to reveal any information that harms the investigation, RBC.
The head of the National Police Khatia Dekanoidze reported that there is no major breakthrough in the investigation on the journalist Pavel Sheremeta's murder.
She stated this at a briefing on the "112 Ukraine" TV channel.
Dekanoidze noted that she is personally interested to reach some progress in the Sheremeta's case, calling it "a matter of honour for the country."
Dekanoidze said: "We have a huge routine work, that we are doing. First of all, it is the area research, it is an excavation of several thousands of videos terabytes that we have to watch, it is a questioning of tens-hundreds of people, that we are performing. This has involved operatives and investigators."
Being the head of the National Police Office, she stressed she opposes to reveal any information that harms the investigation.
"As soon as I will get any news, I will personally let you know," Dekanoidze summed up.
