Polish General Prosecutor's Office to resume the case against investigators of Smolensk catastrophe

The Polish prosecutor's office resumed the case against the military prosecutors who were investigating a plane crash near Smolensk.
The military prosecutors suspected of insufficient performance of official duties, according to the press-secretary of the Prosecutor's Office Eve Bialik.
Press-secretary said: "The case is prosecuted over the duties violation by the public officials that were military prosecutors of the District Military Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw in April 2010."
It also reported that in 2013 the case was closed due to lack of evidence.
