Pro-Ukrainian blogger Edward Ned detained by LPR forces in Donbas, charged of ‘extremism’
A local blogger nicknamed Edward Ned was detained by the ‘ministry of state security’ of the self-styled ‘Luhansk People’s Republic’ (LNR). He faces charges of ‘extremism’ and ‘solid ties with the Ukrainian special services’, Ukrinform agency reports.
The locals in Luhansk say Eduard Nedelyayev – the first blogger ever accused of any ‘crime’ against the self-proclaimed LNR – was merely an entrepreneur who constructed radio equipment.

The reason for his detention was that the user frequently published posts in social networks, slamming both ‘LNR’ and Russia for the critical state of affairs in the occupied territories of Donbas.
Nedelyayev was also accused of having relations with Aidar battalion – one of the volunteer units of Ukraine’s Armed Forces
