According to the results of the Gorshenin Institute’s social survey, 71.5% of the Ukrainians believe that reforms in Ukraine are not carried out.
21.2% of the respondents said that the reforms were being carried out in the country and most of the progress has been made in reforming the Armed Forces and the police.
The study further shows that 22.1% of the Ukrainians are ready to suffer financial difficulties for the sake of successful implementation of reforms, while 73.1% of respondents are not willing to do it.
Also 69.8% of the respondents believe that Ukraine is moving in the wrong direction. Оnly a fifth of the respondents has a positive attitude towards the situation.
The nationwide sociological survey was held from the 8 to the 17 of February 2015. 2,000 respondents over 18 years old were interviewed.
The main socio-demographic characteristics of the population in all regions of Ukraine (except the annexed Crimea and the temporarily occupied territories of Donbas) were also taken into account. The error margin does not exceed 2.2%.
