Ukraine ranks 87 in the rating of citizenship quality, according to the global citizenship index, drawn up by Henley&Partners – leader in the field of residence and citizenship planning – and a professor in the department of the EU Constitutional law at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, Dmitry Kochenov.
Experts range 182 citizenships according to various indicators in the period from 2011 till 2015.

Ukraine ranks 87, thus, appearing in the category of countries with medium citizenship quality.
In 2015, Ukraine lost 9 positions and currently this results is the worst in the history of the research.
