In Ukraine the clock will set one hour back on October 30 at 4:00am.
Ukraine, on October 30, 2016 will make the transition to winter time.
At night, October 30 at 04:00 the clock will be moved back for one hour.
Transition to winter time and daylight saving time is performed according to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on procedure of time calculation on the territory of Ukraine №509 as of May 13, 1996.
To date, there is no single opinion on the transition to daylight saving time. In autumn 2011, after a brief debate in the Verkhovna Rada, it was decided to leave the country in the summer time forever. However, after the transition to winter time the system has been preserved.
