National Bank of Ukraine joined public state agencies application system
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has joined the national system to process applications of citizens to power agencies, the coordinator of which is Governmental Contact Center, the regulator has said on its website.
According to the repot, users can apply to the contact center 24 hours a day using the hotline 15-45 (from fixed and mobile communications phones). They can also file the electronic applications on the center's website regarding the issues related to operations of the NBU, to get explanations and additional information. After processing the applications related to the NBU the operators of the center would send them to the NBU in the electronic form to receive responses.
The NBU intends to hold a training seminar for the centre employees early December.
