Is it necessary to close the borders of Europe? Will it be possible to realize the integration of refugees? Most of the migrants come for economic reasons? In the international study, it was analyzed that it is thought by the Germans and Europeans.

Four out of ten Germans (44%) are in favor of complete closure of the borders for refugees, 45% - against 11% were unable to answer this question. These are the results of a sociological poll institute Ipsos.

The survey showed the international cut that Swedes surveyed (44%), Poles (40%), French (45%) and Italians (48%) responded in a similar way with regard to the support of the closure.

Even more radical response in Turkey and Hungary, where 64% and 55%, respectively, in favor of closures, the figures in these countries is much higher compared to the previous year. Interviewed residents of the UK and Spain against the measure - 60% and 61%.

Although the closure of borders is not supported by the majority of Germans, many people in Germany believe that the country under the guise of refugees can come and terrorists. This opinion is shared by 71% of respondents. The survey was conducted before the attacks of Nice, Wurzburg and Ansbach.

The biggest fear of terror in Turkey. Most terrorists arriving as refugees, are afraid of Turkey (83%). In Russia and Hungary concerns also high (77% and 72%). In Europe, according to the survey, only Spain is devoid of such fears. Only one-sixth the Spaniard fears terrorists among the refugees (16%).

The successful integration of refugees in European countries believe only a few, the greatest pessimism is observed among the French and the Turks. Only 22% of French and 28% of Turks believe that the arriving refugees successfully integrate into their countries. Over 60% hold the opposite opinion.

Dr. Robert Grimm, Head of Political and Social Research Ipsos, says the polarization of the Europeans on the issue of refugees and the considerable political implications.

"Solidarity, on the one hand, and fear the conflict in the allocation of import and fears of terrorism, on the other hand, determine the sociological pattern in many EU countries. Treatment of asylum-seekers, the willingness to accept them, and the social integration of refugees into European society - these questions will be determined in the course of political debate. These questions will be featured in the campaign before the elections to the Bundestag in 2017".

In the survey conducted from 24 June to 8 July 2016, received 16,040 respondents aged 16 to 64 years old (United States and Canada: 18-64).
