EU put visa liberalization with Ukraine issue on back-burner to SeptemberThe European Union has pushed its decision on visa liberalization with Georgia, Ukraine and Kosovo to September at the earliest, The Wall Street Journal reports, quoting diplomatic sources.

The EU officials and diplomats believe, that the European Parliament may approve visa liberalization for these countries in September.

The issues raised by the EU member states range from Germanys fear of organized crime by Georgian gangs to the worries in France that visa liberalization could create new security vulnerabilities amid heightened terror fears.
